Terms of Service

1. Services

Panoromiq Innovations Private Limited ("Panoromiq," "we," "our") provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, paid advertising management, content writing, reputation management, and related consulting services.

Services are provided as described in our pricing plans and/or individual service agreements. The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope will be agreed upon during the onboarding process.

2. Account Registration

Access to the Panoromiq client portal is by invitation only. There is no public registration. Upon purchase of a plan or service, you will receive an invitation email with a secure link to set up your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Local currency billing is available through Stripe.
• Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year with a 12% discount.
• Setup fees are one-time charges due at the start of service. Setup fees for Founding Clients are waived as part of the founding offer.
• All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Founding Client plans require a 6-month commitment at the founding rate.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period and written notice.

4. Founding Client Offer

The Founding Client Offer is available to the first 10 clients only. This includes:

• Growth Plan at $999/month for 6 months (standard: $1,299/month)
• A free custom 5-page website (valued at $1,499)
• Free setup and onboarding
• 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month

After the 6-month founding period, the plan renews at the standard Growth rate of $1,299/month. Annual billing discounts are not available for Founding Clients during the founding period.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds. In summary:

• Founding Clients: 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month
• Annual plans: Prorated refund within the first 90 days
• Monthly plans: Cancel anytime after the minimum commitment period; no refund for the current billing cycle
• Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom content and designs created specifically for your business (websites, graphics, ad copy, etc.). We retain the right to showcase anonymized versions in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Panoromiq retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and the platform itself. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our platform.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information we need to perform services
• Review and approve campaign content within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days)
• Ensure all information provided to us is accurate and lawful
• Not engage in any activity that would violate applicable laws or platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)

8. Service Level & Disclaimers

While we are committed to delivering measurable results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.

We will set specific, measurable goals during your strategy call and provide transparent reporting on all campaign performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Panoromiq's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
