Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Here's our transparent approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Founding Clientsare covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund of your first month's payment.
- The guarantee applies to the first month's subscription fee only
- You keep any custom website built during this period at no cost
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your first payment
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method
2. Monthly Plan Cancellations
All monthly plans have a minimum commitment of 3 months (6 months for Founding Clients at the founding rate). After the minimum commitment period:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice
- Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refund is issued for the current billing cycle
- No cancellation fees apply after the minimum commitment period
Early cancellation (before minimum commitment ends): You may cancel, but you are responsible for the remaining months of the minimum commitment. We may waive this at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a 12% discount. Refund terms:
- Within 90 days:Prorated refund for unused months, minus the annual discount already received (you'll be charged the monthly rate for months used)
- After 90 days: No refund. Service continues until the end of the annual term
- Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date
4. À La Carte & One-Time Services
- Custom websites: 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Full refund available if cancelled before work starts
- Audits (SEO, Website): Non-refundable once the audit report has been delivered
- Consulting hours: Non-refundable for time already used. Unused hours in a package can be refunded at our discretion
- Monthly à la carte services:Follow the same cancellation terms as monthly plans (30 days' notice, no minimum commitment)
5. Setup Fees
Setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. This includes account setup, initial audits, strategy development, and platform configuration. Founding Clients have their setup fees waived entirely.
6. Add-On Services
Add-ons (Google Ads management, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email marketing, etc.) can be cancelled separately from your main plan with 30 days' notice. No refund for the current billing cycle of the add-on.
Ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta is governed by their respective refund policies and is outside Panoromiq's control.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Email us at billing@panoromiq.com with your account details and reason for cancellation
- Or submit a support ticket through the client portal under "Billing" category
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you're facing financial hardship, business closure, or other exceptional circumstances, please reach out. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis — our goal is to be fair, not punitive.
