Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Panoromiq client is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, with no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with our work within the first 30 days of your plan starting, contact us and we will refund your first month's payment in full.

This applies to all clients on all plans, including Founding Clients. There is no qualifying process and you do not need to explain your reasons.

2. No Contracts, No Commitment

We do not use long-term contracts. You may cancel your plan at any time, for any reason. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after that.

3. If You Received a Free Website

Founding Clients receive a professional website at no additional cost as part of their plan. If you take the 30-day refund, the website we built remains the property of Panoromiq. You are welcome to keep it for a one-time payment of $1,499.

Your own property always remains yours. That includes your domain name, your logo and branding, your written content, and any photographs or materials you supplied to us. We do not withhold those under any circumstances.

If you stay beyond the 30-day guarantee window, the website is yours to keep at no charge, whenever you later choose to leave.

4. After the First 30 Days

After the 30-day window has passed, payments already made are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time and will simply not be billed again.

If you are on an annual plan and cancel partway through the year, we do not provide a prorated refund of the remaining months. Annual plans are discounted in exchange for paying upfront, and the 30-day guarantee still applies to annual plans in full.

5. Setup Fees

Founding Clients pay no setup fee at all— it is waived in full as part of the founding offer. The waiver is exclusive to Founding Clients.

For everyone else, a one-time setup fee applies as shown on your proposal. Where it applies, it is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee and refunded along with your first month's payment if you claim the guarantee.

6. Advertising Spend

Money you spend directly on advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta is paid to those platforms, not to Panoromiq, and is governed by their own terms. We cannot refund advertising spend that has already been used to serve ads.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email us at billing@panoromiq.com from the email address associated with your account, or contact your account manager directly. Please tell us whether you are requesting a refund or simply cancelling future billing.

We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You get back every dollar you paid us. Card networks and payment processors do not return their processing fees when a payment is refunded, so those costs stay with us. We absorb them rather than passing them on, and we never deduct them from your refund.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We would much rather resolve it directly and quickly than through your bank, and in most cases we can.
