1. Who We Are

Panoromiq is a digital marketing agency operated by Panoromiq Innovations LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. In this policy, "Panoromiq", "we" and "us" refer to that company.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through panoromiq.com, our client portal, and in the course of providing our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.

• Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in a message or enquiry form.
• Client account information: if you become a client, we hold your plan details, billing history, onboarding progress, campaign approvals, and support correspondence.
• Payment information: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the last four digits and card type. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through standard web server logs and analytics.

3. How We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for
• To take payment and maintain billing records
• To send service-related messages such as proposals, receipts, account invitations and support replies
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Marketing Messages

If you contact us about our services, we may follow up about that enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing privacy@panoromiq.com. Service messages relating to an active account — receipts, renewal notices, security notifications — are not marketing and will continue while your account is open.

5. Who We Share It With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

• Hosting and database: our website and portal infrastructure providers
• Payments: our payment processor, to take and manage payments securely
• Email delivery: the provider that sends our transactional email
• Advertising and analytics platforms: where you have engaged us to run campaigns on your behalf

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

6. Where Your Data Is Held

We are a United States company and our infrastructure providers store data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed there.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up, and client records for as long as you are a client plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

8. Your Rights

Wherever you are, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing
• Provide a copy of your information in a portable format

Email privacy@panoromiq.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for this or treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in to the client portal and to understand how our website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the portal will not work without the ones needed to keep you signed in.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security so that each client and team member can reach only the data they are entitled to. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and review it regularly.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell active clients by email.
